- Delivery Time
Available for Malaysia orders only, using our own delivery fleet. Standard delivery is within 3 business days after the order has been successfully placed and paid for online.
- Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of making the purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as we strive to deliver your purchase promptly. - Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for items purchased directly from our website. For returns of products bought from other retailers, please contact the original store of purchase.
- How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Return Request: To initiate a return, complete the Return Form and email it to enquire@ttl-holdings.com.
- Response Time: We will contact you within 3 to 5 business days with a Return Authorization and further instructions on how to return your goods.
- Return/Refund Policy
- Return Period:We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt for incorrect or defective items shipped, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Packaging must be unmarked and not defaced. Items with attached tags must have those tags intact.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- If the order included a gift with purchase, bonus items, bundles, or sets, they must be returned along with the original order.
- Change of Mind Returns:
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, this is not valid for consumable products.
- The cost of return postage will be borne by the customer.
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- Returns will be reviewed by TTL Engineering Parts & Services Sdn Bhd, and we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Important Notes:
- Sensitive Products: Due to the nature of certain sensitive products, we use our in-house logistics for delivery to ensure safety.
- Inspection and Remedies
- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the goods and assess any claimed defect. If the goods have been misused or the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will reject the claim and return the goods to you at your expense.
- Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected, you must cover the return shipping costs to receive the goods back. We will provide instructions on how to make this payment.
- Refund Process

- Processing Time: We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receiving the returned item. However, processing time may vary depending on the item and the volume of returns.
- Pending or Rejected Returns
If any return requirements are not met, we will notify you via email with details on the pending or rejected return approval.
